Study shows most popular female hobby is drinking coffee & doing nothing

New research suggests that women like to drink around 2 to 4 cups of coffee a day, and this may have a better chance at healthy aging, including sharper memory, better physical function, and a lower risk of conditions like heart disease and type 2 diabetes.
Coffee is packed with compounds like antioxidants and chlorogenic acids, which may help reduce inflammation, support blood sugar balance, and even protect brain cells over time.

Too much caffeine can mess with sleep, increase anxiety, and raise your heart rate, and loading your coffee with sugar or syrups can cancel out some of the benefits. Experts say it works best alongside movement, good nutrition, and proper sleep.
So your coffee isn’t a miracle fix, but it might be helping more than you think!
