How to Lose a Guy in 10 Days sequel in development

A sequel to How to Lose a Guy in 10 Days is officially in the early stages of development at Paramount.

Kate Hudson, who played magazine writer Andie Anderson in the original film, is attached to produce the project alongside Stacey Sher.

The filmmakers are reportedly hoping that Hudson and Matthew McConaughey will reprise their roles as Andie and Benjamin Barry. However, neither actor has officially been confirmed to appear in the film.

The project does not yet have a writer, and details about its story have not been revealed.

Released in 2003, the original romantic comedy became famous for moments including the yellow dress, the love fern and the phrase “Frost yourself.”
